Leadership Team Roles

8 min read

The [RS] Leadership Team is made up of trusted community members who help manage, support, moderate, improve, and grow [RS] Rogue Soldiers Clan. Leadership roles are divided into different areas so each team can focus on the parts of the community they are best suited for.

Some roles focus on Discord moderation, some focus on game server administration, some handle technical work, and others support events, appeals, recruitment, web content, social media, or member retention.

Not every Leadership Team member handles the same responsibilities. Many roles are specialized, and members may serve on one or more teams depending on their skills, experience, and availability.

Senior Admins #

Senior Admins are the highest level of administration within [RS] Rogue Soldiers Clan.

They are responsible for major community decisions that affect the group as a whole. Senior Admins help guide the direction of the community, review major policies, resolve high-level issues, and make decisions that impact Discord, game servers, websites, procedures, and long-term planning.

While Senior Admins have final authority on many matters, they do not operate in isolation. They consult with other members of the Leadership Team to ensure decisions are informed, fair, and beneficial to the community.

Admins #

Admins are proven members of the Leadership Team who have earned trust through experience, reliability, and involvement.

Admins are typically knowledgeable about the community, Discord structure, game servers, rules, procedures, and internal expectations. They help manage day-to-day leadership responsibilities, support moderators and specialized teams, assist with decision-making, and help ensure the community runs smoothly.

Admins often serve as a bridge between Senior Admins and the rest of the Leadership Team.

Moderators #

Moderators are a broad leadership role used for members who help moderate and support different areas of the community.

This role can include multiple specialized responsibilities. Not all Moderators moderate the same spaces or handle the same issues. Some may focus on Discord, while others may be part of a specific game administration team such as the Ardem Admin Team, BattleBit Admin Team, or Hell Let Loose Admin Team.

Moderators help enforce rules, manage community behavior, respond to issues, and support members where needed.
