Community & Server Rules
Rules Apply To All Servers
Our servers share similar rules sets, if there are game specific rules they will be also listed on this page.
Community Rules
Respect, Integrity, Equality, and Equity
At Rogue Soldiers, we believe in respect, integrity, equality, and fairness for everyone in our community. We may take any action necessary, including removal from the community, to maintain an environment that reflects those values.
Safe and Inclusive Environment
Rogue Soldiers is committed to providing a positive, inclusive, and respectful environment for all members. Any form of hate speech, trolling, toxicity, discrimination, or bigotry is strictly prohibited. Political discussions are not allowed within our services in order to keep the community neutral and focused on gaming and collaboration.
Advertising, Promotion, and Recruitment
Advertising, self-promotion, solicitation, or recruitment is not permitted within Rogue Soldiers services without prior approval from the Leadership Team. This includes promoting outside communities, clans, guilds, platoons, Discord servers, organizations, products, services, or social platforms in a disruptive or unsolicited manner. Attempts to recruit members away from Rogue Soldiers may result in moderation action.
Rules Are Not Exhaustive
These rules serve as broad community guidelines and are not meant to cover every possible situation. Additional rules or adjustments may be made as needed depending on the service, event, or circumstances involved. Members of the Leadership Team may use reasonable discretion when interpreting and enforcing these rules in order to protect the community and maintain a positive environment. Attempts to argue, derail, or publicly contest moderation actions may result in additional moderation action.
If you believe a moderation decision was made in error or would like clarification regarding an action taken against your account, concerns should be handled respectfully through the appropriate support or appeal channels rather than through public arguments or disruption.
Access Is a Privilege
Rogue Soldiers is a private community, and access to our services is considered a privilege rather than a guaranteed right. Our spaces are governed by community rules as well as the Terms of Service of the platforms and services connected to them. We support respectful and open discussion, but moderation may occur whenever necessary to maintain a healthy environment for the community.
Respect Our Volunteer Staff
Our community is built and maintained by passionate members who volunteer their time to create a better experience for everyone. The people managing our services are human beings donating their free time to support the community, and they deserve to be treated with respect. Abuse, harassment, or hostility directed at staff will not be tolerated.
Discord Rules
Rule 1: Spam and Disruptive Behavior
Spam of any kind is not permitted within our Discord server. This includes excessive or repeated messages, emoji spam, reaction spam, unnecessary mentions or pings, soundboard abuse, repetitive media uploads, copy-pasted content, or any behavior intended to flood, clutter, or disrupt channels and conversations.
While joking around and having fun are part of the community experience, intentionally disruptive behavior is not acceptable. Excessive trolling, baiting, provoking arguments, derailing conversations, or repeatedly disrupting discussions after being asked to stop may result in moderation action.
Members are expected to use Discord responsibly and contribute to a positive environment for others. Behavior that negatively impacts conversations, voice communication, events, gameplay coordination, or the overall community experience may be moderated at the discretion of the Leadership Team.
This rule also applies to Discord voice channels. Mic spamming, excessive background noise, soundboard abuse, intentionally talking over others, or disrupting players actively coordinating during gameplay is not permitted. Please be respectful of members participating in teamwork-focused or communication-heavy games where clear communication and focus are important.
Rule 2: Text, Voice, and Gameplay Communication
Help us keep the community organized by using channels for their intended topics and purposes. Keeping discussions relevant makes conversations easier to follow and helps everyone find the information or community spaces they are looking for.
Voice channels are flexible and can be used for general conversation, but game-focused channels should respect the players actively using them for gameplay communication. If a group is coordinating strategies, callouts, or teamwork during a match, please move unrelated conversations to another channel out of courtesy.
Games that require communication and coordination — especially tactical or extraction-based games — depend heavily on clear voice communication, and respecting that helps create a better experience for everyone involved..

Battlebit: Remastered Rules
Rule 1: Respectful Communication and Conduct
All players are expected to communicate respectfully with other members of the server and community at all times. Friendly banter and competitive trash talk may happen in gaming environments, but harassment, personal attacks, excessive toxicity, or behavior intended to target, provoke, or degrade other players is not permitted.
Hate speech, discriminatory remarks, slurs, or language targeting individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability, or other personal characteristics is strictly prohibited.
This rule applies to all forms of communication connected to our server and community, including in-game chat, voice communication, usernames, clan tags, signs, and other player-created content.
Rule 2: Player Reports and Reporting Abuse
Player reports should be submitted honestly, accurately, and in good faith. Reports are an important tool for helping administrators identify rule violations, cheaters, disruptive behavior, and issues affecting the overall health of the server.
False, misleading, malicious, or intentionally exaggerated reports are not permitted. This includes knowingly providing false information, attempting to misuse the reporting system to target other players, or repeatedly filing reports without legitimate reason.
Players are encouraged to provide as much useful information as possible when submitting a report, including clips, screenshots, timestamps, usernames, or other relevant details whenever available. Abuse of the reporting system may result in moderation action being taken against the reporting player.
Rule 3: Proximity and Squad Voice Communication
Proximity and squad voice channels should primarily be used for clear, relevant communication that supports teamwork, coordination, and overall gameplay. Players are expected to be mindful of others who rely on voice communication for callouts, strategy, and situational awareness.
Music, soundboards, voice changers, memes, or other audio may not be used in a way that disrupts communication or negatively impacts the experience of other players. Excessive mic spam, loud background noise, or intentionally disruptive audio is not permitted.
Low-volume music or lighthearted audio that does not interfere with gameplay is generally acceptable; however, if other players in the squad or nearby voice communication ask for the volume to be lowered or turned off, those requests should be respected.
Players participating in active combat, squad coordination, vehicle operation, or other teamwork-heavy gameplay should always be given priority for clear communication.

Bans issued from the Discord server itself are not handled through this appeal process and are not eligible for appeal here.
You are expected to follow all community standards during the appeal process. Disruptive, abusive, or inappropriate behavior may result in your ban being extended or made permanent.
Do not discuss your ban publicly or outside of your appeal ticket. Rogue Soldiers is not obligated to provide evidence related to any ban, either to the user or to third parties, upon request.
