Shared Server Foundation

One Standard.
Across [RS].

Population-aware configuration.
Core policies and population controls can be shared across the [RS] Hell Let Loose: Vietnam server network instead of treating every server page as a separate design.
Individual server identity, region, name, and rotation can still be defined independently in the server directory below.
Seeding Threshold
20 players per team
Once both teams reach the threshold, the server transitions to its live population settings.
Seeder VIP
60 minutes = 24 hours
Qualifying seeding time grants free VIP access and rewards players who help build population.
Team Balance
1 seeding / 3 live
Autobalance is stricter at low population and relaxes slightly once the server is live.
Maximum Ping
500 seeding / 180 live
Seeding allows a wider pool of players; live play uses a lower ceiling to protect match quality.
Tanks
Restricted while seeding
Tanks remain unavailable during seeding and return after the server transitions to live play.

The server area is generated from a PHP server directory. Each server gets its own selectable panel, so adding NA2, EU1, or another future server only requires another server entry rather than another page redesign.

NA1

Our North American Hell Let Loose: Vietnam server uses organized seeding, active administration, a mixed live rotation, and match protections designed to keep rounds competitive without ending prematurely.

Administration & Enforcement

Active Servers.
Active Staff.

Teamkill Kick
10 Teamkills
The threshold leaves room for battlefield accidents while still removing repeat teamkillers.
Live Ping Limit
180 ms
The lower live ceiling helps protect match quality once population is established.
Live Idle Kick
20 Minutes
Inactive players can be removed once live so occupied slots remain useful to the match.
