Recruit Orientation

An orientation guide for new [RS] recruits covering membership expectations, activity, community standards, trial-period participation, and frequently asked questions.

Welcome to [RS] Rogue Soldiers Clan, and thank you
for choosing [RS] as your gaming community.

Whether you're here for Ardem,
BattleBit Remastered,
Hell Let Loose: Vietnam, or any of the other games
we support, our goal is simple: to provide a structured, active,
community-first environment where players can connect, compete,
and belong.

We've built this community with purpose. What you put into it
is what you'll get out of it.

Recruit Requirements

All recruits are expected to meet the basic standards required
for clan membership and participate actively during their
application period.

  • You must be 18 years or older to apply for clan membership.
  • You must demonstrate teamwork, respect, and maturity both in-game and in Discord.
  • Applicants must have a clean or reasonable recent history.
  • You are expected to be active within the community, both in Discord and in-game.
  • You must represent [RS] properly across supported games once accepted.
  • You may not hold membership in another clan or community for the same games you represent [RS] in.
  • All recruits are expected to actively participate during their trial period.

Application History

Recent disciplinary history may affect whether an application can
proceed.

  • Minor infractions may require a cooldown period before applying.
  • Major infractions may result in an extended waiting period or denial.
  • Cheating, hate speech, or similar serious violations may result in permanent denial.

Community Standards

Every recruit is expected to follow the same core standards that
apply throughout the [RS] community.

  • Respect, Integrity, Equality, and Fairness are foundational expectations within [RS].
  • Discrimination, hate speech, or offensive behavior of any kind is strictly prohibited.
  • Harassment, toxicity, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.
  • All members are expected to help maintain a safe, inclusive, and positive environment.
  • If you see something that violates our standards, report it so it can be handled appropriately.

Engage and Be Active

Activity is one of the most important parts of the recruit period.
Being present gives other members an opportunity to get to know you
and gives you a chance to become part of the community.

Join Voice Channels

Jump into voice channels to play, talk, or simply hang out.
Voice activity is one of the easiest ways to meet members and
become involved with the community.

Stay Active In-Game

Play on [RS] servers whenever possible and join other members when
you see them playing. In-game activity is an important part of
becoming established within the clan.

Participate in Events

[RS] regularly hosts game nights, community events, launches,
giveaways, seeding sessions, and other activities.

Participating in these events is a great way to meet members,
become known within the community, and make the most of your
recruit period.

Work Together & Ask Questions

  • Build connections with other recruits and community members. Strong communities are built on strong relationships.
  • If you need help, guidance, or clarification, reach out to the Recruitment Team or another member of Leadership.
  • Do not hesitate to ask questions. The recruit period is also your opportunity to learn how [RS] operates.

Explore the Community

Discord is the center of most [RS] community activity. New recruits
should become familiar with the areas they are most likely to use.

#lobby

The main area for general community discussion and conversation.

Game Channels

Follow and participate in the channels for the games you play.
These are where game-specific conversations, updates, groups,
and activities happen.

Voice Channels

Join conversations, gaming squads, temporary voice rooms,
or casual hangouts.

Support & Tickets

Use the support system whenever you need assistance, have a
question that requires staff attention, or need help with an
issue involving the community.

Frequently Asked Questions

How long does the recruit period last?

The recruit phase typically lasts a minimum of
2 weeks, but it may be extended depending on
activity and engagement.

What does exclusivity mean?

You cannot be a member of another clan or community for the same
games you represent [RS] in.

You can still play on other servers and interact with other
communities, but [RS] should be your primary community
for the games you represent with the clan.

Do I need to use [RS] tags?

Yes. Once accepted, clan members are expected to represent
[RS] across supported platforms and games.

What if I'm inactive during my trial?

Activity plays a major role in acceptance.

If you are inactive, your application may be denied. Depending
on the circumstances, you may be able to reapply after a waiting
period.

How do I get help or find information?

Use the support system in Discord or contact a staff member if you
need help, guidance, or clarification.

Final Note

Being part of [RS] Rogue Soldiers Clan means more
than simply playing games. It means contributing to a community
built around respect, teamwork, participation, and shared experiences.

Stay active. Stay involved. Represent the clan well.

We're glad to have you here.
