Community & Server Rules

Rules Apply To All Servers

Our servers share similar rules sets, if there are game specific rules they will be also listed on this page.

Community Rules

Respect, Integrity, Equality, and Equity

Rogue Soldiers holds respect, integrity, equality, and equity in high regard. We reserve the right to take any measures necessary to protect our community, including removing individuals or groups who fail to share these values.

Safe and Inclusive Environment

Our goal is to build a safe, inclusive, and positive environment within our community. There is zero tolerance for hate speech, toxicity, trolling, bigotry, or discriminatory language. Political discussions of any kind are not allowed on our services in order to maintain a neutral environment.

Rules Are Not Exhaustive

These rules are not exhaustive, but rather a broad statement of expectations. They may be adjusted or expanded as needed to align with the specific demands of a particular service and our community. Our admins and moderators may exercise discretion, and rulings made in the field stand.

Access Is a Privilege

Access to our services is a privilege, not a right. Our community is a private space, governed by our rules as well as the Terms of Service of the platforms and services we partner with or provide. We encourage open, respectful discussion, but we do not guarantee unrestricted free speech.

Respect Our Volunteer Staff

Every service our community offers is built through the generosity and effort of its members. Our staff are all volunteers, donating their time to make our community a better place. Please remember the human. We will not tolerate abuse directed at staff.

Discord Rules

Rule 1: Respect and Conduct

Every service our community offers is built through the generosity and effort of its members. Our staff are all volunteers, donating their time to make our community a better place. Please remember the human. We will not tolerate abuse directed at staff.

Rule 2: Politics and Sensitive Topics

This is a politics-free environment.

Discussions involving politics, religion, or other highly divisive topics are not allowed.

These topics often create unnecessary conflict and take away from the community experience we aim to provide.

Rule 3: Spam and Disruption

Do not spam messages, emojis, mentions, reactions, or media.

Excessive trolling, baiting, or intentionally disruptive behavior is not allowed.

Content or behavior that disrupts communication or gameplay will be moderated accordingly.

Rule 4: Channels and Usage

Use all channels for their intended purpose and keep discussions relevant.

Do not derail conversations, post unrelated content, or misuse community spaces.

This applies to voice channels as well — disruptive behavior, including unnecessary noise or interruptions, is not allowed.

Be courteous to players in strategic or team-based gameplay who rely on clear communication and focus..

Rule 5: Advertising and Promotion

Advertising, self-promotion, solicitation, or recruitment is not allowed without prior staff approval.

This includes promoting other communities, servers, or services in any form.

If you have concerns, use the ticket system to communicate with staff in a structured and respectful manner.

Ban Appeals

Appeal Your Ban

To appeal a ban, go to the 「🆘」contact-support channel and select the Appeal a ban option.

You will be required to provide:

• The server you were banned from
• Your in-game name
• Your Steam ID or other relevant identifiers
• The reason for your ban
• A brief explanation of why your ban should be lifted

A ticket will be created and the @Appeals Team will be notified. They will review your appeal and may consult the staff member who issued the ban if needed.

Bans issued from the Discord server itself are not handled through this appeal process and are not eligible for appeal here.

You are expected to follow all community standards during the appeal process. Disruptive, abusive, or inappropriate behavior may result in your ban being extended or made permanent.

Do not discuss your ban publicly or outside of your appeal ticket. Rogue Soldiers is not obligated to provide evidence related to any ban, either to the user or to third parties, upon request.

Bans are not shared between communities without supporting evidence, such as logs, screenshots, video recordings, or similar verifiable records.

• Any screenshots, clips, logs, or other evidence

A ticket will be created and reviewed by the appropriate leadership team. Reports involving staff may be escalated to Senior Admins or uninvolved leadership members if needed.

Reports must be made honestly and in good faith. False reports, harassment, misleading information, retaliation, or public drama about an active report may result in disciplinary action.

Do not discuss active reports publicly or outside of your report ticket. Rogue Soldiers is not obligated to provide internal evidence, staff discussions, investigation notes, or disciplinary details to the reporting user, the reported user, or third parties upon request.
