At 12:49 PM on August 19, 2025, an @Admin ping was issued by a community member to report inappropriate activity in the Discord lobby channel. Upon review, I discovered that an individual had posted multiple NSFW images in violation of our rules.
I took the following actions promptly:
Deleted all posted NSFW content from the lobby channel.
Issued an immediate ban on the offending user to protect the integrity of the server and community.
This response was taken to ensure that the community remained safe, professional, and respectful for all members.
Violated Rules & Guidelines
The banned player’s actions directly violated several [RS] Clan Rules & Discord Guidelines:
Clan Rule 1 – Represent [RS] in a Positive Manner
Posting explicit content damages the public image of the clan and demonstrates behavior contrary to respect and sportsmanship.
Clan Rule 6 – Adhere to In-Game and Server Rules
Server rules include adherence to Discord’s content guidelines. Posting NSFW content is a clear violation.
Clan Rule 10 – Respect Fellow Clan Members and Staff
Sharing explicit material in a community space is disrespectful and harmful to other members.
Discord Rule 3 – No Sexual Topics
Explicit content of any kind is strictly prohibited in this community. This was the primary and most severe violation.
Discord Rule 5 – Appropriate Channel Usage
Posting NSFW content in the public lobby channel violated the expectation of using channels properly.

Offensive and inappropriate images are considered harassment and create a hostile environment for others.
