Recruit Requirements

  • You must be 18 years or older to apply for clan membership.
  • You must demonstrate teamwork, respect, and maturity both in-game and in Discord.
  • Applicants must have a clean or reasonable recent history.
    - Minor infractions require a cooldown period before applying
    - Major infractions may result in extended waiting periods or denial
    - Cheating, hate speech, or similar violations may result in permanent denial​
  • You are expected to be active within the community — both in Discord and in-game.
  • You must represent [RS] properly across all supported games once accepted.
  • You may not hold membership in another clan/community for the same games you represent [RS] in.
  • All recruits are expected to actively participate during their trial period.



Community Standards

  • Respect, Integrity, Equality, and Fairness are the foundation of [RS].
  • Discrimination, hate speech, or offensive behavior of any kind is strictly prohibited.
  • Harassment, toxicity, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.
  • All members are expected to help maintain a safe, inclusive, and positive environment.
  • If you see something that violates our standards, report it so it can be handled appropriately.



Engage and Be Active

  • Join Voice Channels
    Jump into voice chats to play, talk, or hang out. This is one of the best ways to integrate into the community.
  • Stay Active In-Game
    Play on our servers whenever possible. If you see members playing, join them. Activity is key to becoming part of the clan.
  • Participate in Events
    We regularly host events and game nights — these are great opportunities to meet members and get involved.

How long does the recruit period last?
The recruit phase typically lasts a minimum of 2 weeks, but may be extended depending on activity and engagement.

What does exclusivity mean?
You cannot be a member of another clan/community for the same games you represent [RS] in.
You can still play on other servers — but [RS] should be your primary community.

Do I need to use [RS] tags?
Yes. Clan members are expected to represent [RS] across supported platforms and games.

What if I’m inactive during my trial?
Activity plays a major role in acceptance.
If you are inactive, your application may be denied — however, you may reapply after a waiting period.
