Rogue Soldiers Clan Membership Rules​

Below are the required expectations that all [RS] Rogue Soldiers Clan members must follow. These rules ensure fairness, professionalism, loyalty, and a positive environment for everyone.

1. Clan Representation (Required)​

Members must wear the [RS] tags in any and all games where [RS] Rogue Soldiers Clan has an official presence. We are a multi-game organization, and clan identity is required.

All clan members are also required to equip the official [RS] Discord server tag while they remain an active member.
Removing [RS] tags in-game or on Discord after acceptance will be considered an unannounced resignation and will result in a permanent membership blacklist.

2. Optional Display Name Representation​

While not required, [RS] Rogue Soldiers Clan members are encouraged, where applicable, to update their display name (not account username) to reflect clan membership.

This may look like:

Only do this on services or platforms where:
• You can safely revert back
• Your old display name cannot be permanently claimed by someone else
• Changing your display name does not risk account, identity, or security issues

Do NOT change your display name on platforms where it cannot be recovered or where you risk losing your original identity permanently.

3. Loyalty & Outside Clan Participation​

Members may not actively participate in competing clans or organized gaming groups for the same game while representing the [RS] Rogue Soldiers Clan unless approved by leadership.
Recruiting [RS] members to other clans or competing communities is strictly prohibited and will result in removal and blacklist.

4. Clan Resignation​

Members who wish to resign MUST notify Senior Admins.
Providing a reason is preferred so leadership can address issues when possible.
Members who resign without notice will be permanently blacklisted.

[RS] Rogue Soldiers Clan members may receive VIP benefits in supported games.
Failing to notify resignation may leave perks attached, therefore failure to notify results in blacklist enforcement.

5. Activity & Participation​

Members should remain reasonably active, participate when able, and notify leadership if stepping away.
Prolonged inactivity without notice may result in removal.

6. Behavior & Professional Conduct​

Members must represent the [RS] Rogue Soldiers Clan positively at all times.
Harassment, toxicity, unnecessary drama, or violating Discord or server rules may result in removal depending on severity.
We maintain a mature, welcoming, and respectful community.

7. Cheating, Exploits, and Unethical Play​

Cheating, hacking, exploiting mechanics, or using unauthorized third-party tools is strictly forbidden.
Association with cheating groups is also not tolerated.
Violation results in immediate removal and permanent blacklist.

8. Chain of Command & Issue Resolution​

Members must respect clan leadership.
If issues arise, communicate respectfully, avoid public arguments, and escalate concerns to Admins or Senior Admins as needed.

9. Confidentiality​

Internal clan discussions, strategy, staff matters, and sensitive information must remain private.
Leaking internal information will result in removal and potential blacklist.

10. Name & Account Integrity​

Members must notify leadership if usernames, gamer tags, or account identities change to ensure roster accuracy and VIP management.

11. Final Decision Authority​

Senior Admins reserve final authority regarding membership status, rule enforcement, disciplinary actions, and removals.

By continuing to wear the [RS] tag and claiming membership status, you acknowledge acceptance of these rules and agree to abide by them.
