We are looking for dedicated people who care about the games we support, care about the players around them, and want to help strengthen the community from the inside.
Whether you want to help with recruitment, events, support, staff development, or broader community operations, there are opportunities to make a real impact.
Requirements
We hold our staff to a higher standard because our members rely on them. These requirements are here to ensure that the people representing Rogue Soldiers are active, dependable, and ready to contribute.
Admin Opportunities
Game Admin, Moderator, and similar leadership roles
- You must hold the required community membership level.
- You must have been a member for at least 3 months.
- You must have 100+ hours on our servers for game-specific roles.
- You must not have a serious history of issues within Rogue Soldiers or partnered communities.
- You must be willing to respond across our network of servers, not just one.
- You must be dedicated, open-minded, and willing to invest time into helping the community grow.
Other Opportunities
Sherpas, Events Team, Recruitment, and similar roles
- You must hold the required community membership level.
- You must have been a member for at least 3 months.
- You should be active, dependable, and able to contribute consistently.
- You should apply only to positions you genuinely want and have time to maintain.

Community Jobs
These positions are aimed at overall community management, and to aide in the community as a whole.
Community Recruiter
A community recruiter is responsible for being the first point of entry of membership into our community.
Your tasks include:
- Screening applicants
- Handling and tracking applications
- Membership offers or denials
Events Staff
Events Staff are responsible for helping keep the community active, engaging, and enjoyable for members.
Your tasks include:
- Using available tools to keep the community engaging
- Working with all teams to ensure the community remains healthy and active
- Helping support and coordinate community events
- Encouraging activity and interaction across the Discord
Staff Recruitment Team
The Staff Recruitment Team helps identify and develop future staff members from within the community.
Your tasks include:
- Assisting with identifying promising candidates
- Helping guide members toward staff opportunities
- Supporting the development pipeline for future staff roles
Support Team
The Support Team helps members with general questions, navigation, and community support needs.
Your tasks include:
- Responding to support-related questions
- Helping direct members to the right resources or staff
- Maintaining a helpful and welcoming support presence
Sherpa Team
The Sherpa Team helps players learn the games we support and become more comfortable in the community.
Your tasks include:
- Helping newer players learn supported games
- Providing guidance, tips, and mentorship
- Encouraging a welcoming and knowledgeable environment
News & Social
News & Social helps promote the community and highlight what is happening across Rogue Soldiers.
Your tasks include:
- Creating and posting community-focused content
- Highlighting clips, updates, and community activity
- Helping improve community visibility and engagement
Tech Team
The Tech Team supports the infrastructure behind the community.
Your tasks include:
- Helping with Discord systems, automations, and bots
- Supporting web and technical infrastructure where needed
- Improving systems that benefit the community as a whole
Game Specific
These positions are aimed at individual games, allowing you to strut your stuff by supporting our individual official offerings.
Game Admin
Game Admins help maintain fair, active, and enjoyable gameplay on our official servers.
Your tasks include:
- Responding to in-game issues and reports
- Enforcing server rules and standards
- Helping maintain match quality and server health
- Representing Rogue Soldiers well in supported games
Game Moderator
Game Moderators support game admins and help with the day-to-day moderation of supported games.
Your tasks include:
- Monitoring player behavior
- Reporting or escalating issues when needed
- Helping maintain a positive player experience
Game Recruitment
Game-specific recruitment roles help bring new players into the games and servers we actively support.
Your tasks include:
- Helping grow interest in specific supported games
- Encouraging qualified players to join the community
- Supporting the growth of our official offerings
Game Sherpa
Game Sherpas focus on helping players improve and learn within a specific game.
Your tasks include:
- Teaching systems, mechanics, and best practices
- Helping newer players get comfortable with the game
- Being a positive and knowledgeable presence in that title
